IgA肾病肾小球硬化实验动物模型及其病理改变的研究

【摘要】 通过切除一侧肾脏,反复尾静脉注射较大剂量葡萄球菌肠毒素B(SEB)的方法,制作比较接近人类IgA肾病肾小球硬化病变发展过程的大鼠实验动物模型,并进行光镜、电镜等的观察比较,以期为进一步的研究提供依据。

【Abstract】 The model of IgA nephropathy(IgAN)glomerulosclerosis were made by injecting steophylocdccus enterotoxin B(SEB)via rats’caudal vein repeatedly and unilateral nephrectomy.The blood and urine biochemistry examinations and renal pathologic changes of the IgAN glomerulosclerosis rats model reveal that it is close to IgAN glomerulosclerosis of human in pathology.
