【摘要】 目的研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在儿童血管瘤与血管畸形中的表达;为临床辨别血管瘤及血管畸形、指导血管瘤的治疗及检验治疗效果提供客观有效的指标。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测VEGF在血管瘤不同分期、血管畸形、正常血管中的表达情况。结果VEGF在血管瘤中有高表达;在增殖期的表达率高于消退早期和消退晚期(P<0.05);患儿年龄小于等于6岁组的表达率高于年龄大于6岁组(P<0.05)。在血管畸形及正常血管中均未见阳性表达。结论VEGF在血管瘤中有高表达,且与其分期及年龄明显有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the different expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in hemangioma and vascular malformation and provide an objective and efective index for distinguishing hemangioma from vascular malformation,and for guiding the treatment or checking up the treatment effect of hemangioma.Method Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to test the expression of VEGF at each stage of hemangioma,in vascular malformation and normal blood vessels.Results An intensive expression of VEGF was found in hemangioma with a higher expressive rate at the proliferative stage than at the earlier or later paracmastic stage(P <0.05).Furthermore,higher expression of VEGF was found in the patients of six years old or younger than in the patients over six years old(P <0.05).No expression of VEGF was found in normal blood vessels and vascular malformation.Conclusion The higher expression of VEGF found in hemangioma has obvious correlation with different stages of the disease and the onset age of children.更多还原
