【摘要】 目的:研究女贞子Ligustrum lucidumAit.果实的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、重结晶等方法,根据理化性质和光谱鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从女贞子乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位分离得到7个黄酮类化合物,分别为芹菜素(Ⅰ)、大波斯菊苷(Ⅱ)、芹菜素-7-O-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-芦丁糖苷(Ⅳ)、木樨草素(Ⅴ)、木樨草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)、槲皮素(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study chemical constituents of fruits of Ligustrum lucidum.Method: The chemical components were isolated and purified by silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column chromatogram.The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physic-chemical properities and spectral data.Result: Seven flavonoids were isolated and identified as apigenin(Ⅰ),cosmosiin(Ⅱ),apigenin-7-Oacetyl-β-D-glucoside(Ⅲ),apigenin-7-O-β-D-lutinoside(Ⅳ),luteolin(Ⅴ),luteolin-7-Oβ-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅵ),quercetin(Ⅶ).Conclusion: Compounds Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ were obtained from the fruits of the plant for the first time.更多还原
