【摘要】 目的:观察盐酸小檗碱脂质体对糖耐量低减(IGT)伴高脂血症的干预作用。方法:90例新诊断的IGT伴高脂血症患者随机分为两组,两组进行同样的健康教育和每3个月1次的饮食指导,治疗组另给予自制的盐酸小檗碱脂质体冻干粉胶囊0.6g/d,分3次餐时口服。两组患者每3个月进行1次糖耐量试验(OGTT),治疗前后测定体质指数(BMI)、空腹血脂、空腹胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白等,观察期为1年。结果:对照组有4例转变为糖尿病(9.5%),而治疗组仅1例(2.2%),治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组经干预治疗后血糖、血脂、BMI等各项指标均明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),而对照组对应指标无明显变化或变差,两组比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:盐酸小檗碱脂质体能明显改善IGT伴高脂血症患者的糖脂代谢异常,延缓IGT向2型糖尿病进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the intervention of berberine hydrochloride liposomes on impaired glucose tolerance(IGT)combining with hyperlipidemia.Methods:90 patients with the diagnosis of IGT combining with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups. General education on health and instruction on food were provided to all patients every 3 momths. Besides, berberine hydrochloride Liposomes was administered with the dose 0.6g/d in the treatment group.OGTT was checked every 3 months,and the level of FINS,HbAlc,TC,TG,HLD—C,LDL—C,BMI were marked before and after the test. Results: After one year of observation,there were 4 patients who in the control group turned to be diabetic,while in the treatment group,there was 1.The rate of IGT turning into diabetic in the treatment group was much lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The level of FPG,2hPG,FINS,HbAlc,TC,TG,LDL—C and BMI dropped notably and the difference was significant compared with that of before interference(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while in the control group, there was no marked change or getting worst.Conclusion: Berberine hydrochloride liposomes is effective in interventing the glucose and lipids metabolism and preventing IGT combining with hyperlipidemia from progressing into diabetes type Ⅱ.更多还原
