【摘要】 目的:观察益气通冠方治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血淤证的临床疗效。方法:治疗组40例用益气通冠方、对照组40例用诺迪康胶囊治疗。疗程均为4周。结果:总有效率治疗组92.50%、对照组72.50%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组高血脂、血液流变学异常的改善也较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:益气通冠方治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血淤证疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on Blood Stagnation due to Qi Deficiency Syndrome in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated by Benefiting Vital Energy and Clearing Coronary Artery Decoction.Method: 40 cases were treated with Benefiting Vital Energy and Clearing Coronary Artery Decoction as the study group while 40 cases were treated with Nuo Di Kang Capsule as the control group.The course of treatment of both groups is 4 weeks.Result: The total effective rate of the study group is 92.50% while that of the control group is 72.50%.The therapeutic effect of the study group is better than that of the control group obviously(P<0.05).The improvement of hyperlipemia and abnormal change of hemorheology index of the study group is more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Benefiting Vital Energy and Cleanring Coronary Artery Decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on Blood Stagnation due to Qi Deficiency Syndrome in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.更多还原
