直流电动机无传感器测速的一个特例
A Special Case of Sensorless Speed Estimation in DC Motor
【摘要】 一般认为,直流电动机无传感器测速公式中磁极对数与转速成反比。给出了一个4极16换向片直流电动机的特例。试验表明:与现有的测速公式不同,磁极对数在转速与脉动电流频率的关系中没有显示任何影响,并分析了其产生原因。
【Abstract】 It was commonly recognized that the number of pole-pairs was inversely proportion to the rotation speed in the formula of sensorless speed measurement of DC motor.A special case of DC motor with 2 pole-pairs and 16 commutator bars was presen.The results showed that the pole-pairs number seemsed no effect on the relationship between the speed of DC motor and the frequency of the current ripple in the supply line.The causes of this special result were analyzed in the rest part of this paper.
