【摘要】 [目的]观察夏连杞贞胶囊对胃阴亏损型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变的逆转作用。[方法]将114例符合标准的CAG胃癌前期病变患者,随机分为夏连杞贞胶囊治疗(治疗)组68例和维酶素对照(对照)组46例进行临床疗效观察。[结果]治疗组总有效率为83.8%,对照组为65.2%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组自身前后及与对照组比较,临床症状积分、胃镜像、病理积分、抑杀胃内幽门螺杆菌,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,<0.05)。[结论]夏连杞贞胶囊具有较好的临床、病理疗效,是逆转胃阴亏损型胃黏膜癌前病变的有效方药。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the reversal effect of Xialianqizhen granule on precancerosis of chronic atrophic gastritis due to gastric-yin deficiency.[Methods]One hundred and fourteen patients with precancerosis of chronic atrophic gastritis due to gastric-yin deficiency were selected and divided at random into Xialianqizhen granule group and control group of Wei meisu.The clinical symptoms and pathological changes were observed.[Results] The effective rate of treatment group was 83.3% vs 65.2% of the control group (P<0.01).Compared with those of pretherapy or control group,clinical symptom integral,gastroscope image,pathology integral and Hp eradication of the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.01,P<0.05).[Conclusion ]Xialianqizhen granule has better clinical and pathological therapeutic effect and is an effective Chinese prescription.更多还原
