PAN-Rh6G能量转移荧光猝灭法测定水样中痕量镉(II)
Determination of trace cadmium base on fluorescence quenching energy transfer system with rhodanmine 6G-PAN in water sample
【摘要】 目的:根据能量转移荧光猝灭程度,建立一种荧光猝灭法测定环境水样中痕量镉的新方法。方法:在无水乙醇介质中,Cd2+与1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)形成PAN-Cd2+配合物,其吸收光谱与罗丹明6G(Rh6G)的发射光谱有效重叠,发生能量转移,使Rh6G荧光猝灭,从而建立了痕量镉的荧光猝灭测定新方法。结果:在优化实验条件下,在31~800 ng/ml浓度范围内,Rh6G荧光猝灭程度与ρCd2+呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。方法的检出限为9.0 ng/ml。结论:方法灵敏、快速、简便,用于环境水样中痕量镉的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 Objective:To set up a novel fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace cadmium based on the energy transfer.Methods:In dehydrated alcohol,the fluorescence intensity of Rh6G was diminished greatly due to the energy transfer from Rh6G to complex PAN-Cd2+.A novel fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace cadmium was developed based on the Rh6G-PAN-Cd2+ energy transfer system.Results:Under the optimal experimental conditions,the linear range of calibration curves for the determination of Cd2+ was 31~800 ng/ml(r=0.9999).The detection limit was 9.0 ng/ml.Conclusion:The method has high sensitivity and simplicity.It had been satisfactorily used in the determination of trace cadmium in water samples.
