【Abstract】 Objective:To assess heavy metal elements in candy and cake by the method of inductance coupling plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES).Methods:ICP-AES was used after samples were digested under national standard.Results:ICP-AES was convenient,rapid and accurate method with less dosage of reagent and lower detection limit.Conclusion:ICP-AES can be used in practical sample assessment with satisfactory results.更多还原
