鸡蛋中甲硝唑残留的液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法研究

【摘要】 目的:建立液相色谱-串联质谱法快速检测鸡蛋中甲硝唑的残留量。方法:采用乙腈提取鸡蛋样品中的甲硝唑以及内标替硝唑,以D iamonsil C18色谱柱分离,液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法测定,采用正离子方式,选择反应监测。结果:采用空白鸡蛋基质制作标准工作曲线,鸡蛋中甲硝唑检测的线性范围为0.05~25μg/kg,定量检测限为0.05μg/kg(S/N=15)。3个添加水平的平均回收率在98.1%~107%范围内,相对标准偏差在14%以下。结论:本法快速、灵敏、准确,可实现鸡蛋中甲硝唑残留的痕量检测。

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of metronidazole residues in eggs.Methods:The analyte and the internal standard,tinidazole were extracted with acetonitrile,separated on a diamonsil C18 column and detected on a tandem mass spectrometry by selected reaction monitoring(SRM) mode via electrospray ionization source operating in positive ion mode.Results:[WTBZ]Calibration curves of metronidazole in egg were linear in the rang of 0.0525 μg/kg.The limit of quantification for metronidazole in eggs was 0.05 μg/kg(S/N=15).The mean recovery ranged from 98.1% to 107% and the relative standard derivations were lower than 14%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,specific and suitable for rapid determination trace metronidazole residues in eggs.
