【摘要】 文章从规划理念的定位、规划设计的要点两方面,解析了广西区人民政府大岭新办公区规划方案的创作过程,同时阐释了规划师在现代行政中心规划中对形象、布局、尺度、地域等设计要素的思考。

【Abstract】 From planning ideas and measures, this article analyze the design course of the Da Ling New Office Zone Planning of Guangxi Zhuang Minority Municipality, and explain what the planner need to think about image, layout, scale, region in the modern administration center planning.
