【摘要】 360只刚出壳的健康雏鸡,随机分为4组,每组90只,从出壳后第5天分别灌喂中药复方多糖、中药复方水煎剂、黄芪多糖、生理盐水,连喂7 d。于12、15、20、25、30、37、44、51日龄,每组随机取10只鸡。通过HA-HI实验、EA玫瑰花环实验,检测雏鸡B淋巴细胞的免疫功能;将鸡宰杀,完整摘取法氏囊,称重,测定法氏囊指数。实验结果表明,灌服中药复方多糖、复方水煎剂以及黄芪多糖的实验组,其抗体效价、EA玫瑰花环形成率、法氏囊指数值均提高,其中中药复方多糖效果较好,复方水煎剂效果优于黄芪多糖;中药复方多糖与复方水煎剂、黄芪多糖差异显著(P<0.05),与生理盐水对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。更多还原

【Abstract】 360 one-day-old chickens were randomly divided into four groups with 90 for each,which were orally given Chinese herbal medicine compound polysaccharide,Chinese medicalformula decoction,Astragalus polysaccharide and physiologicalsaline respectively from five-day-old for 7 days.On day 12,15,18,23,30,37,44 and 51,10 samples were selected from each group to determine the immune function for B lymphocyte by HI-HA and EA rosette test,then their indexes of bursa of Fabricius(BF) were calculated.The results showed that the ND-HI antibody titers,EA rosette rate and BF index of the chickens in treatment groups were improved,and the Chinese herbal medicine compound polysaccharide was most effective(P<0.05 compared with both Chinese medical formula decoction and Astragalus polysaccharide,P<0.01 compared with physiological saline),also Chinese medical formula decoction was better than Astragalus polysaccharide.更多还原
