柑橘采后蒂腐病生防酵母菌的筛选及鉴定

【摘要】 通过离体及混菌试验,筛选出了对柑橘黑色蒂腐病具有较强拮抗作用的9株酵母菌。其中X-1、MA-2在离体条件下效果最好,在混菌5d后仍不见病原菌的生长。通过果实抑菌试验得到活体条件下效果最好的菌株Pg2-5,处理后果实的发病率在20.00%,比对照76.67%降低了56.67个百分点。防治效果与酵母菌的浓度呈正相关,与培养时间呈负相关。经形态和生理生化指标鉴定Pg2-5为假丝酵母属欧诺比假丝酵母。

【Abstract】 Nine yeast antagonists against postharvest stem-end rot disease of Citrus were screened by in vitro experiment,among which X-1,MA-2 played the best role,and pathogen didn’t grow in the mixing experiment after 5 days.The strain Pg2-5 had the best effect on the disease during the following in vivo experiment;the disease was reduced by 56.67% to the control.And the biocontrol activity was positively correlated to the concentration of yeast antagonist,negatively correlated to the time of incubation.The strain Pg2-5 was identified as Candida ernobii Lodder & Kreger-van Rij by morphological and physiological testing.
