多系统萎缩的MR表现
MR findings of multiple system atrophy
【摘要】 目的分析多系统变性MR表现。方法28例MSA及24例健康对照的MR检查结果进行分析,获得自旋回波序列T1加权矢状面和T2、T2及质子密度加权横断面图像。结果MSA患者的桥脑、小脑上脚、小脑中脚显著萎缩(P<0.05);MSA患者苍白球、壳核与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),MSA患者可见到桥脑基底部高信号、大脑半球萎缩,特别是额叶及顶叶萎缩。结论MSA的MR表现主要为桥脑、小脑半球、额叶、顶叶萎缩及某些异常信号。
【Abstract】 Objective To describe the MR findings of multiple system atrophy (MSA).Methods 28 MSA patients and 24 healthy controls were evaluated with MR.Both spin-echo sequence T1-weightcd sagittal image and T1-proton density ,and T2-weighted sagittal transverse image were available.Results The degree of atrophy of the middle cerebellar peduncle and cerebellum was significantly greater in MSA patients than in controls(P<0.05),the degrees of atrophy of the putamen and globus pallidus was not significantly different (P>0.05),and We also found high signal in the base of the pons, atrophy of the cerebral hemispheres, especially the frontal and parietal lobes.Conclusion MR features of multiple system atrophy showed atrophy of ventral pons, cerebellar hemisphere, the frontal and parietal lobes and some high signal.
