【摘要】 目的探讨HIF-Ⅰα及VEGF蛋白表达与食管鳞癌发生、发展及浸润、转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测49例食管鳞癌组织及32例正常食管黏膜组织中HIF-Ⅰα及VEGF蛋白的表达。结果食管鳞癌组织中HIF-Ⅰα蛋白表达与癌组织的浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),而与分化程度无关(P>0.05);VEGF蛋白表达与癌的组织学分级、浸润深度无关(P>0.05)而只与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);在食管鳞癌组织中HIF-Ⅰα与VEGF蛋白的阳性表达率分别为51.0%、67.3%,均明显高于相应正常黏膜组织中的阳性表达率0.0%、0.0%,(P<0.05)。HIF-Ⅰα与VEGF蛋白的表达呈正相关关系。结论HIF-Ⅰα和VEGF在食管鳞癌的浸润、转移及黏膜上皮癌变中起重要作用,联合检测HIF-Ⅰα及VEGF可作为判定食管鳞癌侵袭转移能力的客观指标,对食管鳞癌的预后判断具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship of the expression of HIF-Ⅰα,VEGF protein and the occurrence,invasion and metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of HIF-Ⅰα,VEGF protein in 49 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma specimens and 32 cases of normal esophageal epithelium.Results The expression of HIF-Ⅰα protein was closely correlated with the infiltration and lymphatic metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05),not correlated with the tumor grade(P>0.05);VEGF protein had no correlation with the tumor grade and infiltration but was correlated with lymphatic metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).The expression rates of HIF-Ⅰα and VEGF protein were 51.0% and 67.3% in carcinoma,obviously higher than that in normal esophageal epithelium specimens 0.0% and 0.0%(P<0.05).And there was positive correlation between the expression of HIF-Ⅰα and VEGF protein(P<0.05).Conclusion HIF-Ⅰα and VEGF play important roles in the metastasis and carcinomatous change of the mucosa epithelium in esophageal carcinoma.United examining HIF-Ⅰαand VEGF can become an objective target to evaluate potential power of invasion and lymph node metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,it had a great significance to the judgement of prognosis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
