【摘要】 目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(Percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术前应用曲美他嗪对术中心肌缺血的影响。方法选择不稳定型心绞痛患者94例随机分为两组,常规治疗基础上,术前加服曲美他嗪行PCI术46例为实验组,48例行PCI术为对照组。观察两组患者术中ST段抬高或降低最大幅度,球囊扩张到ST段抬高或降低1mm的平均时间,发生心绞痛的例数及术后肌钙蛋白I的阳性率。结果PCI术中ST段抬高或降低最大幅度,球囊扩张到ST段抬高或降低1mm的平均时间,发生心绞痛的例数以及术后肌钙蛋白I阳性率两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PCI术前应用曲美他嗪具有明确的抗心肌缺血和心肌保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of applying trimetazidine on myocardial ischemia before percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 94 patients with unstable angia were randomly divided into the experiment group and the compare group.On the basis of routine treatment,46 patients of the experiment group were treated with trimetazidine before PCI,48 patients of the compare group were treated by PCI.The max range of ST decrease or increase,the average time of the balloon expanding to ST decrease or increase 1 mm,the number of angia taken place and the positive rate of cTnI after PCI were studied.Results There were significant differences(P<0.05)among the above indications in the two groups.Conclusion Applying trimetazidine before PCI shows significant benefits to against myocardial ischemia and myocardial protection.更多还原
