【摘要】 目的观察舒利迭干粉吸入剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）患者的疗效。方法将明确诊断的80例COPD病人随机分为对照组和试验组:对照组给予抗感染、解痉平喘、祛痰等基础治疗;试验组在此基础上给予舒利迭50μg/250μg剂型,1吸/次,2次/d,疗程为3个月。分别对2组患者治疗前后的临床症状及肺功能指标进行观察对比,评价药物疗效。结果试验组患者治疗前后症状及体征明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）,对照组则无明显变化;试验组治疗前后FEV₁、FEV₁/FVC（用力肺活量）×100%、FEV₁%预计值差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）,而对照组各指标差异无统计学意义。结论舒利迭能增强患者肺功能,对其咳嗽、咯痰、气促症状以及湿啰音体征有明显的改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of seretide dry powder inhaler in the treatment of COPD patients.Methods 80 patients who were diagnozed as COPD were divided into control group,given basic treatment such as antimicrobid therapy,spasmolysis,antiasthma,expelling phlegm,and test group whose patients were given seretide 50μg/250μg per inhale twice every day for 3 months besides the control group’s treatment.Then clinic symptom and pulmonary function of the two groups before and after treatment were ob- served in order to evaluate the drug efficacy.Results The symptom and physical sign and FEV₁,FEV₁/ FVC,FEV₁% of test group improve seriously（P＜0.05）,but the one of the control group hasnt.Conclusion Seretide can enhance the patients’pulmonary function and improve the symptom such as cough,expectora- tion,panting and moist crackles.更多还原
