【摘要】 目的观察红花注射液对老年人急性缺血性脑梗死的治疗作用。方法将110例脑梗死患者随机分为两组。红花治疗组:红花注射液40ml加入生理盐水250ml或5％葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注。对照组:香丹注射液40ml加人生理盐水250ml或5％葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注。结果红花治疗组总有效率为86．2％,对照组总有效率为68．9％,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0．06)。结论红花注射液在老年人急性缺血性脑梗死治疗方面有良好作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Honghua injection on old people with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 110 patients with acute cerebral infarction identified by brain CT were randomly allocated to two groups.Honghua injection was utilized in the treatment group (n = 65) and Danshen injection was carried on in the control group (n = 45). Effect of post - treatment was judged according to criteria of nervous function damage degree.Results The total effective rate (86.2%) was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (68.9% , P < 0.05) .Conclusion Effect of Honghua injection on acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective,and without side effect.更多还原
