【摘要】 目的分析卫生检验报告书的现状与问题,提出规范化对策与措施。方法对××市疾病控制部门出具的卫生检验报告书进行随机抽样调查。结果卫生检验报告书的现状存在着书面形式多样、信息量不齐、内容不准确、签字不严肃等问题,但人们普遍不予重视。结论国家应规范卫生检验报告书的格式和要求,卫生检验和监测人员应按国家相关标准与要求出具卫生检验报告书。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate current situation and problems of sanitary inspection reports, so as to normalize the report of sanitary inspection. Method Samples of sanitary report were randomly collected from the inspection reports submitted by the sanitary epidemic prevention departments of Suining. Results Many problems to which people didn’t pay attention were found such as varied and disordered written forms, limited content information, inexact expression and casual signature.Conclusion The pattern and requirements of reports of sanitary inspection should be normalized as a national standard that should be strictly followed by the sanitary inspectors and monitors.更多还原
