【摘要】 目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-2(IGF-2)在新生儿化脓性脑膜炎(PM)中的作用。方法采用放射免疫分析法检测2002-10—2004-06新乡医学院第一附属医院儿科30例PM新生儿和10例正常新生儿血清和脑脊液IGF-2水平。结果新生儿PM急性期血清IGF-2水平较对照组明显降低,而脑脊液IGF-2水平较对照组明显升高(均P<0.01);恢复期,血清IGF-2水平较急性期明显升高,而脑脊液IGF-2水平较急性期明显降低(均P<0.01),血清和脑脊液IGF-2水平与对照组比较差异均无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论IGF-2参与新生儿PM的病理生理过程,具有重要的神经保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of insulin-like growth factor-2 (IGF-2) in the newborns with purulent meningitis (PM).Methods The IGF-2 levels in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were determined by immunoradiometriassay in 30 newborns with PM and 10 normal newborns.Results In acute period,the levels of serum IGF-2 in PM group were significantly lower than those in control group,but the levels of CSF IGF-2 were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01).In rehabilitated period,the levels of serum IGF-2 were significantly higher than those in acute period,but the levels of CSF IGF-2 were significantly lower than those in acute period (P<0.01) without significant difference of the IGF-2 levels in serum and CSF between PM group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion IGF-2 is associated with the pathophysiological process of neonatal PM and has an important neuroprotective effect.更多还原
