【摘要】 江苏省海岸以淤泥质海岸为主,不利于传统旅游业的开展。随着现代旅游观念的出现,生态旅游热潮在全球兴起,江苏沿海丰富的湿地资源,为发展现代生态旅游提供了良好的条件。本研究以生态旅游和可持续发展理论为指导,运用层次分析法(AHP评价),对江苏沿海淤泥质海岸湿地旅游资源的景观价值进行评价,计算各景观的吸引力和开发潜力,以此确定江苏沿海可持续生态旅游的开发重点。评价结果表明,盐城沿岸旅游资源最为集中,综合旅游价值也最高。据此,文章提出成立“盐城国家滨海湿地公园”的构想,以发展生态旅游,实现生态保护和区域开发的双赢目标。文章阐述了建立国家湿地公园的理论基础,确定了盐城国家湿地公园的范围、构成,根据各段资源特色,提出了具体开发步骤和策略。本研究将为江苏沿海生态旅游的发展和湿地资源的开发利用提供新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main of Jiangsu coast is muddy coast,which is not conductive to traditional tourism.So compared with the coast tourism income of Shandong province and Zhejiang province,Jiangsu is in an inferior position although it has abundant wetland tourism resources.Nowadays modern sustainable ecotourism theory has been accepted widely and the wetland has become the most attractive tourism destination all over the world,which provides the possibility to develop the wetland ecotourism in Jiangsu muddy coast.This article presented the tourism resources of Jiangsu muddy coast firstly.In order to choose the key developing area, the traveling value and the potential of each tourism landform were evaluated by Analytic Hierachy Process(AHP) based on the ecotourism theory and the sustainable development theory.The result shows that most high-value potential tourism attractions are centralized on Yancheng coast,such as the Yancheng National Nature Reserve and Dafeng Elaphurus davidianus and the National Nature Reserve.So it is an appropriate area in Jiangsu to develop ecotourism.But the muddy coast is one of the most fragile ecosystems on the earth,for it is affected by land ecosystem and sea ecosystem,besides its primary productivity is limited.In view of the fact that most tourism will destroy ecosystem,setting up a national wetland park in Yancheng for ecotourism is a good choice,for it can protect the coastal wetland ecosystem as well as develop the coastal community.Based on the reasons of setting up the national park,the principles of programming and management of the national wetland park were brought forth and the scope and structure of the national park were also marked off.Considering that the park is vast and the invaluable wetland ecosystem must be protected,therefore the ecotourism development should be made by stages based on the characteristics and exploitation conditions of each part.So the exploiting strategy has been ascertained.Above all this paper provides a new idea of the ecotourism development and the exploitation of the wetland resources in Jiangsu muddy coast.更多还原
