艾叶精油对离体蠕形螨的杀灭作用与机制探讨

【摘要】 目的通过观察艾叶精油对离体蠕形螨的杀灭作用,探讨其杀虫机制。方法采用透明胶带粘贴过夜法获取人体蠕形螨,利用Motic图像采集软件系统在显微镜下观察不同浓度的艾叶精油对毛囊蠕形螨和皮脂蠕形螨的杀螨率和虫体变化情况。结果艾叶精油对两种人体蠕形螨均有很好的杀灭作用,虫体形态及活动度均发生了兴奋-痉挛-松弛-死亡的典型变化。浓度为100%的艾叶精油1h可杀灭全部蠕形螨。随着药物浓度的降低,杀螨率也逐渐降低。12.5%艾叶精油是杀灭人体蠕形螨的最适有效浓度。对比观察发现艾叶精油对皮脂蠕形螨的杀螨率明显高于毛囊蠕形螨。结论艾叶精油可作为一种天然高效的杀螨药物,其杀螨机制推测主要作用于螨虫的神经肌肉系统,引起虫体剧烈的痉挛收缩后松弛死亡。

【Abstract】 The killing effect of P-Cymene on Demodex in vitro and its mechanism of action were investigated in the present study,in which the mites were collected with cellophane tape technique,and the killing effect on Demodex was analyzed with Motic Images software with different concentrations of PCymene in vitro.The death rate of Demodex was observed and the morphological changes in D.folloculorum and D.brevis treated with P-Cymone were examined with light microscopy.It was demonstrated that P-Cymene showed powerful killing effect on Demodex in vitro and after the drug was used,the morphology and activity of Demodex altered with typical changes of excitation-spasm-chalasia-death.All the mites were killed by 100% of P-Cymene within one hour.With the decrease of P-Cymene concentration,the death rate was also dropped.The most suitable and effective concentration of P-Cymene to kill Demodex in vitro was 12.5%.In addition,the killing effect of P-Cymene on D.folliculorum was better than that on D.brevis.It is concluded that P-Cymene is a natural and highly effective drug to kill human Demodex,and the mechanism of action involves the main action of this drug on the neuromuscular system including the intense convulsive contraction and death of the affected mites.
