现阶段临床实习质量影响因素的思考

【摘要】 临床实习是培养优秀医学人才的重要环节。文章通过多年实习管理的体会与思考,论述现阶段影响临床实习质量的因素,结合工作中的具体措施,探讨提高临床实习质量的对策。

【Abstract】 Clinical practice is an important link in turning out medical talents with high quality.This paper discusses negative impact factors in clinical practice quality,puts forward some possible solutions so as to enhance the practical teaching quality through realization and reflection of clinical practice management.
