茉莉酸甲酯对HL-CMS水稻同核异质系幼苗叶片蛋白质、纤维素及木质素含量的影响

【摘要】 分别采用3种不同浓度的外源茉莉酸甲酯处理三叶期的YTA和YTB幼苗,不同时间取样,测定蛋白质、细胞壁纤维素及木质素含量.结果表明:实验所用的3种不同浓度的MeJA对YTA幼苗叶片体内蛋白质含量都有不同程度的抑制作用,且随MeJA浓度的提高,其抑制作用越明显,而低浓度MeJA处理YTB使体内蛋白质含量下降,但高浓度则表现为使体内蛋白质含量增加.3种浓度的MeJA处理均能提高YTA和YTB幼苗叶片中细胞壁纤维素含量,随处理浓度的提高,其促进作用越明显,但MeJA处理YTB后其作用的延续时间较YTA的长.不同浓度的MeJA处理对水稻同核异质系YTA和YTB三叶期幼苗叶片细胞壁木质素含量有一定的增加作用,但对于YTA,浓度越低,其对细胞壁木质素含量的增加作用越明显,最大值在处理后24h出现;而低浓度的MeJA处理YTB其幼苗叶片细胞壁木质素含量的增加作用不明显,较高浓度时具有明显的促进作用.YTA和YTB为同核异质系,二者对MeJA处理的反应不同可能与YTA和YTB细胞质之间的差异有关.

【Abstract】 Seedlings at 3-leaf stage of sterile line,YueTai A(YTA),and its maintainer line Yuetai B(YTB),which had different cytoplasm with the same nucleus of YTA,of Honglian cytoplasmic male sterile rice(Oryza sativa L.) were treated with different concentrations of methyl jasmonate(MeJA,2.5×10-5,5.0×10-5,1.0×10-4 mol/L),and the content variations of protein,cellulose and lignin in the seedling leaves were measured.The results showed that the content of the protein in the seedling leaves of YTA were restrained after the treatment with MeJA in the all 3 different concentrations.It was found that the inhibition was stronger as the concentrations of MeJA was higher.In YTB the protein content decreased after treatment with lower content of MeJA,and increased after treatment with higher content of MeJA.The cellulose of content in both YTA and YTB were increased after treatedment with MeJA,and the concentrations of MeJA was higher and the effects were more obvious;but the effected time on YTB was longer than on YTA.The lignin content in the seedling leaves of YTA and YTB increased post-treated with different MeJA concentrations.The effect was higher in YTA at lowrer concentrations of MeJA,while in YTB the lower MeJA concentrations did not show distinct effects and obvious stimulative effects were observed at higher concentration.YTA and YTB showed the same nucleus complsition but different cytoplasm in the differences to MeJA between YTA and YTB might be related to the differences in the cytoplasm.
