【摘要】 生源是影响高校研究生教育质量的直接因素,对地处西部农林院校而言,尤为关键。近年来,高等学校研究生教育规模的不断扩大,研究生培养过程中存在的不少问题也日渐凸现出来。由于现有条件的限制,造成西部农林院校生源渠道单一、生源质量提高缓慢等现状。这些问题已引起了有关人士的高度关注。如何吸引优质生源成为西部农林院校研究生教育亟需解决的核心问题。本文以西北农林科技大学关于研究生招生的探索实践为例,提出了加强宣传、改革招生方法等四项基本应对策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fresh source is the direct factor that affects the quality of the universities’graduate students.It is especially essential for the A&F universities in the west.In recent years,as the expansion of the scale of the college graduate students’ education,many problems in the education process have come out.As a result of the existing condition,the fresh source channel in the west is single,and the quality of fresh source enhances slowly.These questions have already caused great attention of the people.Attracting the excellent student source is most important.This article takes Northwest S&T University of Agriculture and Forestry for example and give some suggestions.更多还原
