【摘要】 为探求诱导侧柏多倍体的最优化条件,此试验以侧柏种子为材料,选取秋水仙碱浓度、温度、处理方式以及光照情况四个影响因素,采用正交试验设计,进行多倍体诱导。试验结果表明,采用直接浸泡法,在秋水仙碱浓度为0.3%、温度为25℃、无光的条件下,经过72h后多倍体的诱导率可达92.7%。此研究结果可为尚未展开的侧柏多倍体育种研究提供良好的技术基础和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the optimal conditions of polyploidy induction,Platycladus orientalis’s root tips are applied to colchicine and four major factors including colchicine concentration,temperature,handling modes and light condition are adopted in orthogonal design.The result shows that the rate of polyploidy induction can reach at 92.7% under the condition of 25℃,darkness,72 hours later and soaked in 0.3% concentration of colchicine solution directly,which provides a base on future studies in polyploidy breeding of Platycladus orientalis.更多还原
