【Abstract】 Protoplast culture and regeneration technology plays important roles in breeding of ornamental plants. Protoplast source, protoplast isolation, medium compositions and culture medium have obvious effects on protoplast culture of ornamental plants. Recently, protoplast technology of ornamental has made great progress.
