【Abstract】 Germanium-enriching yeast was obtained through bio-enrichment using Saccharomyces cerevisiae as initial strains,wort-corn paste with GeO2 were used as medium.The optimum conditions for gemanium-enriching yeast production were obtained through orthogonal experiment: 3% corn paste and 100 mg/kg GeO2 were added into wort medium,sugar content was 10°Bx,the content of Ge reached to 9784.μg/g after fermenting for 24 h.更多还原
