基于嵌入式ARM花边电脑钩编机的控制系统设计
Design of the control system of the computer-based lace crochet machine with the built-in ARM
【摘要】 介绍嵌入式ARM花边电脑钩编机的工作原理及钩编过程中各部件的工作要求。分析电脑钩编机控制系统软、硬件设计的关键技术。采用PHILIPS公司的32位处理器ARM-LPC2214作为主控制器的嵌入式花边电脑钩编机是一种整机性能均较优良的新一代高效经编机,其可靠性和稳定性较高,具有广阔的发展前景。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the working principle of the computer-based lace crochet machine with the built-in ARM and the working requirements of all the elements in the crocheting process as well, and analyzes the key technology of the software and hardware design of the control system of the computer-based lace crochet machine. With the built-in main controller of the 32-bit ARM-LPC2214 processor made by PHILIPS Company, the computer-based lace crochet machine is the new generation of high efficient warp knitting machine with excellent performance, which bears high reliability and stability with a broad developing prospect.
