【摘要】 目的:探索帕罗西汀与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法:选定58例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别给予帕罗西汀与阿米替林治疗8周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定临床疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:两组治疗抑郁症的疗效基本近似,帕罗西汀较阿米替林起效快,不良反应轻。结论:帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症疗效好,不良反应轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the efficacy and side effect of paroxetine and amitriptyline.Methods:58 patients who met CCMD-3 criterion for depression episode were randomly assigned to paroxetine group(n=30) and amitriptyline group(n=28) for the treatment of 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by HAMD.The side effects were evaluated by TESS.Results: There was no significant difference of the efficacy between two groups.Paroxetine showed rapider efficacy and less side effects than amitriptyline.Conclusions: Paroxetine showed sure efficacy and less side effects.更多还原
