【摘要】 目的:评价甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)血清补体B因子(BF)检测结果。方法:甲亢患者108例,正常对照组69例,分别采用单向免疫琼脂扩散法检测血清补体B因子。结果:患者组BF为(374.1±87.6)μg/ml,对照组BF为(241.1±28.4)μg/ml。患者组的BF明显高于正常对照组(t=14.62,P<0.01)。结论:甲亢患者血清补体BF增高的临床意义有待进一步研究。更多还原
