多媒体网络教学资源库的视频编码技术研究

【摘要】 详细分析了H．264视频编码特点,将其应用到多媒体网络教学资源库中,有效解决了网络多媒体课件数据量大、传输速度慢等问题,以满足多媒体网络教学的需要．

【Abstract】 The characteristic of H. 264 techniques is analyzed. Results demonstrated that H. 264 technology applied to the multimedia network teaching resources base, resolved the problems of big data and transmit speed of multimedia network teaching courseware, and satisfied the need of multimedia network teaching.
