【摘要】 目的预防医院中HIV的职业暴露感染.方法抽取吉林市14所医院的572位医护人员以调查问卷的形式进行艾滋病职业暴露的调查.结果251位中级及以上级别的医护人员和114名初级及以下级别的医护人员能够正确理解国家对于艾滋病的重要策略,207名医护人员不知道关于艾滋病职业暴露后药物预防的处理及报告程序,不知道吉林市疾病预防控制中心为吉林市的艾滋病职业暴露后的药品储备库.结论有必要对各级医院的医护人员进行系统的HIV的职业暴露感染培训.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prevent HIV infection when occupational people worked in the hospital.Methods 572 doctors and nurses worked 14 polyclinic hospital were investigated in Jilin City.Results There were 251 people of middle-rank and upwards and 114 people of elementary and downwards who could comprehend correctly major policy about AIDS.There were 207 people who didn’t know to dispose of medical prevention and report procedure when they exposed AIDS occupational environment.Those people didn’t know that Disease Prevention Control Center in Jilin City is drug storehouse for occupational exposure about AIDS in Jilin City.Conclusion It is necessary to make a systematic train about HIV on doctor and nurse worked in the hospital.更多还原
