E1B缺失腺病毒H101的研究进展

【摘要】 E1B缺失腺病毒H101是采用基因重组技术对人5型腺病毒进行基因重组得到的一种溶瘤腺病毒,它主要是删除了人5型腺病毒的E1B-55×10~3和E3区19×10~3基因片段,具有在肿瘤细胞中特异性复制而最终导致溶瘤的特性。

【Abstract】 H101 is a genetically modified Ad5 based,E1B-deleted and replication competent virus (oncolytic virus),in which the region of 2502 bp to 3327 bp was deleted and there was a C to T transition at position 2025 and it allow selective replication in and lysis tumor cells.
