吸烟与前列腺癌发病关系的Meta分析

【摘要】 目的探讨吸烟与前列腺癌发病的关系。方法以"prostate cancer"或"prostate carcino- ma"或"prostate neoplasms"、"smoking"、"tobacco"或"cigarette"及"risk factor"和"前列腺癌"或"前列腺肿瘤"、"吸烟"、"危险因素"等作为检索词,收集近10年来国内外公开发表的关于前列腺癌与吸烟关系的研究文献,使用Excel 2003、Revman软件及SPSS11.5软件进行数据录入和统计分析,进行异质性检验,计算合并效应量,并进行发表偏倚和敏感性分析。结果共检索到文献75篇,最终进入Meta分析的文献共14篇,累计病例8583人,对照9061人,合计17 644人。合并研究的OR值(95%CI)为0.97 (0.90~1.03),发表偏倚控制得较好。结论就目前收集到的资料尚不能认为吸烟是前列腺癌发生的危险因素。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship between smoking and prostate cancer.Methods Using the search term"prostate cancer","prostate carcinoma","prostate neoplasms","smoking","tobacco"and"cigarette"and"risk factor",the literature from January 1996 to September 2006 on the relationship be- tween smoking and prostate cancer was searched from MEDLINE database,PubMed database,Ovid database and other databases.The results of the searching were collected and studies by Meta-analysis.We calculated the odds ratios(OR)of randomized models and fixed models to evaluate the Nfs(fail-safe number)and the sensitivity.Results Totally,75 epidemiological studies were collected.14 epidemiological studies were ana- lyzed by Meta-analysis which including 6 nested case-control studies and 8 case-control studies.There were 8583 cases and 9061 controls in the case-contrl studies totally.The combined odds ratio(OR)value and 95 % CIs of the studies were 0.97(0.90~1.03),Nfs0.05=88.There is no emit bias in this Meta-analysis.Con- slusion The result of this Meta-analysis showed that smoking could not be considered as the risk factor of prostate cancer.
