【摘要】 目的研究乳腺癌中胸肌间淋巴结(IPNs)的检出率、转移率,与乳腺癌临床、病理特征的关系及其临床意义。方法作者对2004年9月~2006年9月收治的171例行胸肌间淋巴结病理检查的乳腺癌患者进行回顾性分析。结果IPNs的检出率为25.7%,转移率为9.9%。IPNs转移患者肿瘤原发灶较大,临床分期较晚,腋尖群淋巴结转移率高,ER阳性率较低。结论在乳腺癌改良根治术中,对IPNs进行常规清扫,单列送病理检查,并做出正确的评价,对于乳腺癌治疗方案的制定、预后的估计具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the detection and metastasis rate of interpectoral nodes in breast cancer and its clinical significance.Methods One hundred and seventy one patients with breast cancer were reviewed,which were subject to pathological examination of the interpectoral nodes.Results The detection rate of interpectoral nodes is 25.7%,and the metastasis rate is 9.9%.The patients with interpectoral node metastases had larger tumors,later TNM classification,higher axillary apical nodes metastasis rate and lower ER positive rate.Conclusion IPNs should be cleared routinely and subjected to pathological examination separately in modified radical mastectomy,which was very important to enactment of treatment plan and estimation of prognosis.更多还原
