GC-MS法分析红毛五加皮中挥发油的化学成分
Analysis of chemical composition of volatile oil in Acanthopanax giraldii root barks by GC-MS
【摘要】 本文采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了红毛五加皮的挥发油,出油率为1%;然后利用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用系统对其中33个化学成分进行定性分析,并用峰面积归一化法得出各个化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。结果表明:萜烯类及其氧化衍生物占较大比例,主要有正-十六烷酸(13.82%)、匙叶桉油烯醇(10.68%)、α-杜松醇(10.36%)、9,12-十八烷二烯酸(6.85%)、β-金合欢烯(4.83%)、+/-.-反-橙花叔醇(4.81%)、大根香叶烯D(4.68%)。
【Abstract】 The volatile oil is extracted from root barks of Acanthopanax giraldii by using steam distillation,and the content of the volatile oil is 2.0%.Then 33 compounds are identified by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS),and the relative content of the components are determined with area normalization method.The main components are n-Hexadecanoic acid (13.82%),Spathulenol(10.68%),alpha.-Cadinol (10.36%), 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid (6.85%),beta.-Farnesene (4.83%),+/-.-trans-Nerolidol(4.81%),Germacrene D (4.68%).
