抗生素头孢唑肟丙匹酯的合成研究

【摘要】 目的研究抗生素头孢唑肟丙匹酯的合成方法。方法以头孢唑肟酸为原料经三步反应合成头孢唑肟丙匹酯。结果目标化合物总收率41.5%,结构经1H-NMR和MS确证。结论用本法合成头孢唑肟丙匹酯,原料易得,操作简便,易于工业化生产。

【Abstract】 Objective To synthesize ceftizoxime alapivoxil antibiotic.Method Ceftizoxime alapivoxil was synthesized via 3-step reactions with ceftizoxime as starting material.Results The structure of ceftizoxime alapivoxil was verified by 1H-NMR and MS.The overall yield of ceftizoxime alapivoxil was 41.5%.Conclusion The proposed synthetic procedure may be applied to a mass production scale.
