【摘要】 目的:观察补中益气汤对母-胎免疫识别低下反复自然流产(RSA)患者的生殖免疫调节作用。方法:选取封闭抗体缺乏的RSA患者72例,随机分成中药组30例,给予补中益气汤为主(孕前服用补中益气汤,孕后服用补中益气汤加寿胎丸)治疗;免疫组42例,以配偶淋巴细胞体外诱生免疫疗法治疗。比较治疗后两组封闭抗体各指标变化情况。结果:治疗前中药组和免疫组的封闭效率(BE-Ab1)分别为(-64.08±38.58)%、(-59.61±43.47)%,封闭抗体抗独特型抗体(BE-Ab2)分别为(-34.81±29.86)%、(-42.13±33.05)%;治疗后中药组与免疫组的封闭效率分别为(-9.17±7.77)%、(-7.06±4.49)%,封闭抗体抗独特型抗体分别为(5.67±8.19)%、(-3.53±8.90)%,均较治疗前明显上升(分别为P<0.01,P<0.05)。抗CD3-BE、抗CD4-BE及抗CD8-BE治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:补中益气汤可使患者的BE-Ab1、BE-Ab2明显上升,妊娠成功率明显提高,与配偶淋巴细胞体外诱生免疫疗法治疗RSA患者临床疗效相近。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the adjustive effect of buzhong yiqi decoction on the genital immnunity function of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) patients of insufficient materno-fetal recognition by observing the variation of blocking antibody index.Methods:72 cases of RSA with insufficient blocking antibody were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) group(30 cases) and the immunity group(42 cases).The TCM group was treated by buzhong yiqi decoctiort before pregnancy and buzhong yiqi decoction combined with shoutai pill after pregnancy.The immunity group was treated by in vitro inducing paternal lymphocyte immunotherapy.The variation of blocking antibody index in two groups was observed.Results:The blocking ration of BE-Abl in the TCM group and the immunity group before therapy were(-64.08±38.58)% and(-49.61±43.47)% respectively.The blocking ration of BE-Ab2 in the TCM group and the immunity group before therapy were(-34.81±29.86)% and(-42.13±33.05)% respectively.The blocking ration of BE-Abl in the TCM group and the immunity group after therapy were(-9.17±7.77)% and(-7.06±4.49)% respectively.The blocking ration of BE-Ab2 in the TCM group and the immunity group before therapy were(5.67±8.19)% and(-3.53±8.90)% respectively.The blocking ratio after therapy were significantly improved(P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively);CD3-BE,CD4-BE and CD8-BE analyzed by flow cytometry before therapy was not obviously varied(P>0.05).BE-Ab1 and BE-Ab2 in the TCM group and the immunity group had an increasing trend with the increase of therapy time.Conclusion:Buzhong yiqi decoction can improve BE-Ab1,BE-Ab2 and the successful ratio of pregnant.The clinical curative effect of buzhong yiqi decoction is similar with the in vitro inducing paternal lymphocyte immunotherapy on recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) patients.更多还原
