【摘要】 目的探讨微型组织瓣移植修复手部小型创面的临床应用价值。方法对98例117指,不同原因、不同部位、不同程度的手指组织缺损,分别应用带血管神经蒂的食指背侧皮瓣、指动脉神经岛状皮瓣、邻指皮瓣、指端V-Y推进皮瓣、腹部或腹股沟皮瓣和各种游离微型组织瓣移植进行修复。其中游离微型组织瓣移植修复23例。结果随访6～12个月,皮瓣全部存活,手指屈伸功能较佳,外形良好、骨愈合时间3～4个月,关节功能满意。结论微型组织瓣面积小,易与创基和创缘建立侧支循环,成活率高。游离移植在手部皮肤、肌腱和骨缺损的小型创面修复中具有一次完成手术的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the miniature tissue flap grafting in restoration of minitype wound of the hand. Methods The wounds of 117 fingers from 98 patients, were restored by various skin flaps, among which 23 cases with defects of skin, or bone and tendon in hand restored with miniature tissue flap grafting. Results All the tissue flap survived. On 6～12 month follow-up .the appearance and elasticity of the flap was satisfactory, the function of extend or flex of the finger was good. Conclusion The minitype wound of hand with defects of skin, or bone and tendon can be restored with miniature tissue flap grafting in a single operation.更多还原
