白细胞介素-24抗肿瘤机制的研究进展

【摘要】 人类黑色素瘤分化相关基因-7/白介素-24(MDA-7/IL-24)是近年发现的、具有细胞因子样特性的肿瘤抑制基因。MDA-7/IL-24基因能抑制肿瘤生长、诱导细胞凋亡。

【Abstract】 The melanoma differentiation-associated gene-7/interleukin-24(MDA-7/IL-24) is a novel candidate of tumor suppressor,which can experimentally inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells and induce apoptosis of various human malignant cells.
