MA无皂乳液聚合改性纳米二氧化硅
Modified Nano Silica by Soap-free Emulsion Polymerization with Methacrylic Acid (MA) as Monomer
【摘要】 以α-甲基丙烯酸(MA)为反应单体,对纳米二氧化硅进行无皂乳液聚合表面改性;采用正交试验法探讨了反应温度、反应时间、原材料配比反应条件对纳米二氧化硅粒子表面改性反应的影响,并对改性前后的纳米粒子进行了红外光谱(IR)分析和差热分析(DTA)。研究结果表明,较佳的改性聚合反应条件为反应温度80℃、反应时间3h、原材料配比(单体与纳米二氧化硅质量比)为3∶100。
【Abstract】 Nano silica was modified by means of soap-free emulsion polymerization with α-methacrylic acid (MA) as monomer. Process conditions such as reaction temperature,time and ratio of materials had been investigated with orthogonal experiment method. Nano silica particles before and after modification were characterized by IR and DTA respectively. Optimums of modified reaction were summarized as follows:reaction temperature was 80℃, reaction time was 3h and the ratio of MA to nano silica by mass was 3∶100.
