【Abstract】 The paper discusses the interactive mechanism between technical innovation and protection of intellectual property right and the influence of the interaction in enterprise groups upon the collective competitiveness,and proves it in accordance with the developmental process of the cigarette lighters manufacturer groups in Wenzhou.The study shows that the protection of intellectual property right with the safeguard of industrial rights and interests and patents as the main content,together with various technical innovation,played an essential role in the whole course of propelling the groups from their initial development to the entry into the international competition arena.Attention must be paid to both the technical upgrading and the strategy of intellectual property right in the future development of the enterprise groups and in their competition with international giant enterprises.更多还原
