聚氯乙烯基复合材料的隔声性能研究
Study on the Sound Insulation Property of PVC-Composites
【摘要】 为了研究隔声复合材料中增强材料对隔声性能的影响,以常用的聚氯乙烯树脂为基体,选用玻璃纤维织物、涤纶织物等为增强材料,制备多种织物/聚氯乙烯基复合材料。利用双通道声学分析仪,DMA等分别对其隔声性能和阻尼性能等进行分析。结果表明:织物的种类和织物的层数对材料的隔声性能有很大的影响。玻璃纤维织物/聚氯乙烯基复合材料的隔声性能优于涤纶织物/聚氯乙烯基复合材料,在面密度相同、织物种类相同的条件下,随着织物层数(1~3层)的增加,织物/聚氯乙烯基复合材料的隔声性能增加。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of the reinforced material in the composites on the sound insulation property of the soundproof composites,the fabric /PVC composites are prepared,using PVC resin which is usually used in soundproof materials as matrix,choosing the glass fabric,the PET fabric as reinforced materials.The samples’ sound insulation property,damping and so on are analyzed respectively by the double channel acoustic instrument,DMA,and so forth.The results show that the category and the layer number of the textiles have great influence on the sound insulation property of the materials.The sound insulation property of the glass fabric / PVC composites is superior to the PET fabric / PVC composites’.And the sound insulation property of the textile/ PVC composites increases,as the layer number(Among 1~3) of the textiles of the composites.
