【摘要】 目的研究心率震荡(HRT)对心肌梗死患者恶性心律失常的早期预测价值。方法选择100例心肌梗死患者对其进行24h动态心电图(Holter)分析,计算震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS),并分析TO、TS与恶性心律失常的相关性。结果冠状动脉病变支数越多,TO值越高,TS值越低(P＜0．05);TO值与冠状动脉病变支数及恶性心律失常的发生率呈正相关(r=0．575,P＜0．05);TS值与冠状动脉病变支数及恶性心律失常的发生率呈负相关(r=-0．589,P＜0．05)。结论HRT可能对急性Q波性心肌梗死患者恶性心律失常的发生有预测价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study early predictive value of new electrocardiologie index-heart rate turbulence(HRT)for the malignant arrhythmia in myocardial infarction(MI)patients.Methods 100 patients with MI were examined by 24-hour Holter monitoring.The computer analysed and calculated two factors-turbulence onset(TO)and turbulence slope(TS)of HRT.The correlation between TO,TS and the malignant arrhythmia was analysed.Results The more the number of diseased coronary artery was, the higher TO value was,but the lower TS value was(P＜0.05).There was positive relationship between TO and the number of diseased coronary artery,the malignant arrhythmia(r=0.575,P＜0.05);There was negative relationship between TS and the number of diseased coronary artery,the malignant arrhythmia (r=-0.589,P＜0.05).Conclusion HRT may have predictive value for the malignant arrhythmia in MI patients.更多还原
