淫羊藿甙对成骨细胞Ⅰ型胶原和整合素α2β1表达的影响

【摘要】 以低、中、高剂量淫羊藿甙与成骨细胞孵育,结果显示淫羊藿甙各剂量组Ⅰ型胶原、整合素α2和β1的表达均升高,其中Ⅰ型胶原、整合素α2和β1在淫羊藿甙中剂量组表达最高。

【Abstract】 Osteoblasts were incubated with low,medium and high concentrations of icariin.The results showed that expressions of typeⅠcollagen and integrinα2,andβ1 were increased by osteoblasts at various concentrations of icariin.The expressions of collagenⅠand integfinα2 andβ1 by osteoblasts in the medium-dosage group were the highest.
