CMC辅助打浆对竹浆纤维特性及成纸性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)作为打浆助剂在打浆过程中对竹子纤维特性及成纸性能的影响。结果表明,CMC可以提高纤维之间的润滑性,减少打浆过程中纤维的过多切断,促进竹浆纤维在打浆过程中的分丝帚化。与空白试样相比,CMC辅助打浆能提高竹浆的打浆度、保水值、纤维间的结合力及成纸强度。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly focused on the effects of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) addition during bamboo pulp beating on its fiber and paper properties. The results indicated that CMC acts like lubricant, and can promote fibrillation, protect the bamboo fiber from over cutting during beating process. Comparing with the control experiments, the CMC addition can increase the beating degree, WRV, and the bonding between the fibers as well as the paper strength.
