【摘要】 目的评价谷胱甘肽防治奥沙利铂神经毒性的临床疗效。方法将68例使用奥沙利铂方案化疗的患者随机分为两组。预防治疗组在奥沙利铂化疗前一天开始使用谷胱甘肽,每日3000 mg,加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml中静脉滴注,连用3 d;对照组只予对症治疗,不用谷胱甘肽。结果对照组奥沙利铂神经毒性发生率为81.8%(27/33),预防组34.3%(12/35),经χ2检验,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论谷胱甘肽对预防奥沙利铂的神经毒性有较好的效果,是预防奥沙利铂的神经毒性的主要措施之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of reduced glutathione in preventing and treating neurotoxicity of oxaliplatin.Methods Sixty-eight patients receiving chemotherapy with oxaliplatin were randomly divided into two groups.One day before chemotherapy with oxaliplatin,the prevention and treatment group received 250ml 5% glucose injection added with 3000 mg reduced glutathione intravenously every day for 3 days.Control group only received symptomatic treatment.Results The incidence rate of neurotoxicity in prevention and treatment group was 34.3%(12/35),while that in control group was 81.8%(27/33)(P<0.01).Conclusions Reduced glutathione has good efficacy in preventing and treating neurotoxicity of oxaliplatin,so it is one of the methods to prevent and treat neurotoxicity of oxaliplatin.更多还原
