农村药品“两网”建设存在的主要问题和对策探析

【摘要】 分析了当前药品"两网"建设存在的主要问题及其成因,从体制机制、政策支持、经费保障、法律法规等层面提出了解决问题的办法和措施。

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the main problems existing in drug’s supervising and supplying nets and their origins.The means and measures are raised to solve the problems from the systematic mechanism,the policy support,the fund,the laws and regulations.
