苦地丁生物碱的化学成分

【摘要】 目的:研究苦地丁的生物碱成分。方法:采用色谱法进行单体化合物的分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从苦地丁中分离并鉴定出16种生物碱,分别为:紫堇灵、coryincine、二氢血根碱、(+)-13-表紫堇灵、四氢紫堇萨明、四氢黄连碱、6,7-methylenedioxy-2-(6-acetyl-2,3-methylenedioxybenzyl)-1(2H)-isoquinolinone、N-反式-阿魏酰基酪胺、普托品、紫堇萨明、去氢碎叶紫堇碱、黄连碱、氧化血根碱、去甲血根碱、6-丙酮基二氢血根碱s、pallidamine。结论:N-反式-阿魏酰基酪胺为首次从紫堇属植物中分得;coryincine、紫堇萨明、去氢碎叶紫堇碱、黄连碱、氧化血根碱、去甲血根碱、6-丙酮基二氢血根碱s、pallidamine为首次从苦地丁中分得。

【Abstract】 Aim:To study the alkaloids from Corydalis bungeana.Methods:The alkaloids were isolated and purified by chromatography and their structures were identified by spectral data and others methods.Results:Sixteen alkaloids were isolated and identified as corynoline,coryincine,dihydrosanguinarine,(+)-13-epicorynoline,tetrahydrocorysamine,tetrahydrocoptisine,6,7-methylenedioxy-2-(6-acetyl-2,3-methylenedioxybenzyl)-1(2H)-isoquinolinone,N-trans-feruloyltyramine,protopine,corysamine,dehydrocheilanthifoline,coptisine,oxysanguinarine,norsanguinarine,6-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine,and spallidamine.Conclusion:N-trans-feruloyltyramine was obtained from Corydalis for the first time;coryincine,corysamine,dehydrocheilanthifoline,coptisine,oxysanguinarine,norsanguinarine,6-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine and spallidamine were firstly isolated from Corydalis bungeana.
